Iron-on clothing labels

Set the iron to the highest setting. DO NOT use STEAM.
2. Position the label in the correct place with the text facing up.
3. Place a piece of baking paper over the label.
4.    Hold the iron flat, and press the name tag for 5 to 10 seconds while moving the iron gently  (the time depends on the temperature of your iron). Repeat 3 times.
5.    Allow the garment to cool, then remove the baking paper.
6.    Finished!

Never iron directly on the labels, as they will melt.
In addition, avoid ironing the label during subsequent ironing of the garment.
The labels can be used on almost all textiles that can withstand high-temperature ironing. Be careful with silk, wool, and synthetics. Name On It isn’t responsible for any damage to clothing.

Why did the iron-on labels come loose after washing?
If the iron-on labels come loose after a wash, it was because the iron wasn’t hot enough during application. It’s very important that the iron is on the highest setting, and hot enough to melt the glue so it can adhere. Steam irons with a water reservoir or self-regulating irons are often unable to reach the required temperature. A hair straightener is a good alternative. Your clothes will remain labelled when machine washed up to 40 °C. It’s best to avoid products such as stain removers.
